How do I place an order?

Select the product, add to cart, proceed to checkout and register your account details and press

How do I pay for my purchases?

Each stallholder will communicate with you directly to arrange payment. Some may take direct deposit, PayPal or other form of online payment. Others may have a pick up point and arrange tap card payments or cash. This site does not take payments for goods directly.

How will I receive my goods?

Again, this will vary depending on the vendor. Some will arrange posting or delivery for a fee, others may provide free delivery or postage as standard. Most stallholders will communicate delivery options within their site but if not, just ask them directly.

How do I become a stallholder myself?

Contact us at market@echvic.org.au if you are interested and we will consider your request.

What if I have a query or complaint about my goods?

Any queries should be directed back to the stallholder you purchased from. While we are proud to present these vendors to you and know that the stallholders on this site are good, honest people who sell quality products, we cannot take responsibility for any vendor.

What if I’ve seen a stallholder at the market but can’t see them on this site?

Drop us a line at market@echvic.org.au with a description of the stall and we’ll try to put you in touch with the stallholder.
